About Me:

I am a 50 year old mom who would like to introduce her 13 year old son to the missions by taking him on a mission trip this summer. We are interested in China. We would like to go together.

I have a masters degree in business. I worked as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley, realtor for Keller Williams and have handled public relations for an ad agency.

I’m sorry to hear about the sickesses with your parents. My parents are starting to have several problems as well. We will be praying with you for your strength and for your encouragement in this time. We will be praying for your parents as well.
I truly hope that you would be able to come with us even though the next few months may be very trying for you. Trust in the Lord in all you do! If you are not able to come your self, your son could come with us. We have 5 adult members including my wife, Becky, myself, and Xiuli. There are also some young men who I disciple that are great with young people. I and my wife, Becky, have personally lead teams to foreign countries with up to 40 kids, with some of the being 12 on up. I have three daughters who have all been on multiple missions trips and two of them went to Africa and Brazil at the age of 13. It’s my desire to encourage you and let you know we are here for you and your son.

Tell you a great news...we definitely will do the Charactor Building/Culture Exchange Camp with Chinese kids like your son's age in China...there will be extra 7 days. Total the trip will be about 18 days. It's just about $300-$400 extra cost. Your son will have Chinese learning class in the school in China. This school's teacher are all Christian. It's great, isn't it?

But if you don't have time, you can just stay 11-12 days as original plan...or if you trust us, your son can come back with us...you can just pick him up in LA airport. If your son't friend is interested to go with him, just let us know....this is a very great chance for US kids to learn a foreign culture and language!

The 11-12 days trip is already set up, we will visit about 5 cities in China including to see the Great Wall....and also some culture exchange program with Chinese Youth, also we visit an ARt University in Tianjin, and have some fun and educational program with them....There is another option program we are working on with a Chinese Elementary/Junior High school right now. Charactor Training and Culture Exchange program in Shanghai...this will be another 7 days in Shanghai and will have class/activities with Chinese Youth together. If someone from our team choose to stay for this activities, it will only need about $400 extra for an additional 7 days stay (including hotel, food and teen's class). Adults in our team will be helpers in this program, Teens will join this program with Chinese Youth together....John and his wife and Chinese Teacher will give class to Teens and parents.
