Update on weight

The update is I have lost 14 pounds in less than 4 months currently weighing about 100 pounds and on a close vegan diet.I eat meat and poultry at times but not that much.I can't eliminate this due to a medical condition but I stick close to a vegan diet.To read more on it go to http://akamine2525.wordpress.com/2009/03/25/loreens-story-on-weight-gain/
